Job Duties: The Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records) provides support to staff and oversees the HIM Department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining complete health records of all persons served. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may create liability for the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including persons served and families.
