Litigation Attorney | Plaintiff Personal Injury (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Litigation Attorney to manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from filing through resolution. This role involves hands-on litigation, case investigation, motion practice, case strategy, client communication, and complex, high-value matters.

The ideal candidate has significant personal injury and trial experience, can effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines, and is comfortable collaborating with attorneys and legal support teams while independently advocating for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
• Draft, file, and argue litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
• Develop and execute case strategies with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Maintain consistent client communication throughout the litigation process.
• Handle complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
