Personal Care Worker (Milwaukee Waukesha)

About the Role

Do you care about helping people live comfortably and with dignity at home? We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one on one, in home support to clients in the Greater Milwaukee area.

You'll help clients with personal care, everyday tasks, and companionship so they can keep their usual routines and stay independent at home. This role involves traveling between client homes, so a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Provide transfer and mobility assistance
• Assist with feeding and prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments
• Offer companionship and help clients maintain their daily routines
• Follow each client's care plan and report changes in condition or concerns to a supervisor
• Travel between client homes as scheduled

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience
• Caring, compassionate, and dependable
• Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
