Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process across a variety of roles and industries. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while maintaining an organized and efficient hiring pipeline.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for different industries and job functions, can quickly understand new role requirements, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for multiple roles across different industries and job functions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, communication, availability, and overall role fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs.
• Coordinate candidate endorsements and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Manage multiple open positions and prior
