As Paid Media Operations Lead, you'll own the execution engine behind every paid campaign we run for clients. Our Client Success Managers set the strategy and direction; you and your team control the levers, ensuring every campaign is built, launched, optimized, and audited with precision. This is a hands-on operational leadership role. You'll spend meaningful time managing the team and process, and meaningful time in the accounts yourself, catching what others miss.
