About the Role

The People Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day People Operations function at Critical Loop and help create a smooth, consistent employee experience across the organization. Reporting to the People & Talent Lead, this role will support benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR systems, compliance, and general employee support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across a wide range of People-related needs in a fast-growing environment. You’ll help keep the operational side of People running smoothly while serving as an approachable resource for employees and managers.
