You’ll lead the change management workstream on engagements while managing people and helping grow the practice. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with a team that holds itself to a high standard and invites you to contribute beyond client delivery.   What You’ll Do: Lead Delivery Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management) Lead change management discovery workshops, identify stakeholder impacts, and design appropriate interventions Create and execute change management strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management Develop and deliver communications and training materials, including job aids and instructor-led trainings Monitor user readiness and adoption, identifying gaps and recommending solutions Work collaboratively with functional and te
