With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery.     What You’ll Do:   Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies  Manage client relationships and effectively resolve client support requests, ensuring their satisfaction and success Configure, set up, and provide ongoing Coupa administration for clients, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs, contributing to our clients' continuous improvement. Create new dashboards, save searches, and design custom workflows  Manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and fields Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert, integrating Coupa with various applications and providing valuable insights and guidance to clients Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in acc
