As a Sage Intacct PPS Functional Consultant based in the Philippines, you will provide post-production support and optimization for US-based clients, working collaboratively with CrossCountry’s consulting teams across time zones to deliver responsive, high-quality solutions. This is a fully remote, full-time role that places you at the heart of a globally connected, learning-focused firm – one where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your voice is heard.   What You’ll Do Deliver Post-Production Support Provide day-to-day functional support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct, resolving issues, processing enhancement requests, and optimizing system configurations. Troubleshoot functional problems across core Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition. Support finance and accounting workflow improvements tied to key processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close.
