Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

Crown Australia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australian branches.

In this generalist role, you will partner with Branch Managers to deliver people-focused solutions that drive business performance and workforce capability. Supported by the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will be the primary HR contact for your designated branches, leading day-to-day HR activities and supporting leaders across a broad range of people matters.

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment and workforce planning, employee lifecycle administration, coaching and supporting leaders, performance management and employee relations.

While supporting your designated branches, you will work as part of a national HR team, ensuring a consistent and aligned approach to HR practices, policies, and people initiatives across the business.
