This is a diverse leadership role which will see you joining the Auckland Service team reporting to the region's Service Manager. You’ll specifically be supporting an experienced team of service technicians, across the West Auckland area. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the achievement of the annual financial and operational service targets, PMP completion and proactively engaging with our customers to ensure that we are exceeding their expectations across quality of service, response times and product performance.
