Regional Trainer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity awaits; we are looking for someone to join our team as a Regional Trainer. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and promotion of training, related to the operation of forklifts, walkie stalkers, pallet trucks and order pickers, which are offered by Crown to their account customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver equipment training and assessment services related to forklift and order picker operations to Crown’s account customers across the greater region of Queensland.
• Liaise and communicate with the Queensland Crown Sales team to promote both equipment training services and equipment sales. This includes attending scheduled Sales Meetings.
• Maintain and complete the related paperwork used for the delivery of our training services.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for some who has:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Extensive experience delivering operator training related to forklift reach trucks, order pickers, WAVe, electric pallet trucks and walkie stackers (Crown equipment desired).
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• High levels of organization skills & attention to detail.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal staff and customers
