About the role
In the role of Finance Transformation Manager, you will report to the Director, Finance Transformation.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize Finance and Accounting processes, systems, and controls, translating requirements from process owners into clear functional and technical requirements for engineering and technology teams. You will guide initiatives across discovery, process design, solution design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and benefits realization while ensuring future-state solutions are scalable, auditable, and aligned with SOX requirements. The role combines process architecture, project and program management, change leadership, and software development lifecycle governance to deliver sustainable improvements across the finance operating model.
