About the role
The General Manager, Europe is accountable for the long-term health, growth, and operating performance of Crunchyroll's business across the region. As Crunchyroll's senior business leader in Europe reporting into Crunchyroll’s Chief Operating Officer, the GM brings together commercial leadership, regional operations, growth, partnerships, communications, localization, and fan engagement – at the regional level – into a single operating model focused on delivering sustainable business performance.
Europe is a market of meaningful scale for Crunchyroll, with an established business and infrastructure as well as significant opportunity for continued growth. The GM will be responsible for accelerating growth by optimizing existing levers while identifying, testing, and scaling new
