About the role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications, Programs & Events to lead global communications, employee programs, and events that help employees stay connected to Crunchyroll’s business, strategy, culture, and leadership.
Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you'll lead some of our most visible internal moments, including global All-Staff meetings, leadership forums, cultural programs, and employee events. You’ll own the work from strategy and concept through execution and measurement, partnering with senior leaders and teams across the company.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, a strong communicator
