Job Description

CSCI is seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented Executive Director of Staffing Solutions to drive expansion across state government and local markets with a primary focus on staff augmentation, managed service provider (MSP) programs, and project-based staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate will provide executive leadership for all aspects of the Staffing Solutions division, including business development, recruiting strategy, consultant delivery, operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational growth, ensuring the infrastructure, talent, and processes are in place to support scalable and profitable expansion.

• Lead the development and maturation of the Staffing Solutions practice by establishing the infrastructure, processes, tools, talent pipelines, and delivery framework needed to drive scalable growth, support customer expansion, and enable sustained revenue and profitability
