California Collision Center, located in Escondido, CA, is seeking a motivated and experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for collision repair jobs, ensuring all labor, parts, and materials are accounted for.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory control, and procurement to ensure timely availability of required parts for repair jobs.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, including DRP partners, and customers to discuss and explain estimates, repair needs, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technicians and shop staff to assess damage, identify parts needs, and ensure the proper parts are used for ea
