What you’ll do
You aren’t just managing a queue; you are the connective tissue that keeps our go-to-market engine running. Sitting at the heart of our Service Delivery team, you will support five key cross-functional pillars to ensure the entire customer journey is seamless from start to finish.
- Be the Salesforce Guru: You’ll be the go-to for our Sales and CX teams. Whether it’s fixing a broken flow, enabling new features, or handling daily admin tasks, you’ll ensure Salesforce works for the team, not against them.
