Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
About the Role
CubX is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of complex internal and client-facing IT products and workflows.
This is a hands-on product design role for someone who can take a messy operational problem, understand how it actually works, turn it into a clear system, and design a polished, intuitive product experience.
You'll work across UX, interaction design, systems design, and visual UI design. Strong systems thinking is essential, but so is strong visual craft.
We're looking for someone who can determine what should be built, how it should work, and what the final product should look and feel like.
This is not a role where you hand off a workflow diagram or wireframe and move on. You'll own the experience from discovery and problem definition through polished, implementation-ready designs.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design for complex internal operational tools, many of which may eventually extend into client-facing experiences.
- Turn manual and ambiguous processes currently handled through tickets, spreadsheets, notes, conversations, and human judgment into structured product workflows.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to understand how processes work today and determine how they should work in software.</
