Job Description
We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.
Shifts
- Monday to Thursday - 11.00 - 21.30 (4 on 3 off - Shift Pattern)
- Hourly rate: OTE £15.50 Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.
This role works on a banked hours contract.
Job Description
Our Warehouse operatives are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks
- Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT
- Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided
- Carrying out manual handling tasks
- Maintaining hygiene standards and high levels of health and safety at all times
Qualifications
Key Skills
- Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
