Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision
- Support larger projects, programmes, bids, and strategic initiatives
- Assist with contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement
- Support risk and value management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and client governance requirements
- Support and begin mentoring junior team members
- Develop project programmes and coordinate stakeholders

- Commercial awareness and understanding of contract management
- Emerging leadership skills, including mentoring and team coordination

Experience & Qualifications
- Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, MAPM) are desirable
- Experience across the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously
