ASMのR&D拠点（多摩）に設置されたPEALD、PECVDなど最先端半導体製造装置の安定稼働を支えるポジションです。
新製品開発に使用される装置の保守・改造・トラブルシューティングを担当し、プロセスエンジニア、設計エンジニア、Global Product Support（GPS）チームと密接に連携しながら開発活動を支援いただきます。
顧客工場ではなく、ASMの開発拠点内で装置と向き合いながら専門性を高められる環境です。
■主な業務内容
・半導体製造装置の設置、立ち上げ、改造、保守メンテナンス
・PEALD、PECVDなどR&D装置の安定稼働管理
・装置トラブル発生時の原因解析（RCA）およびトラブルシューティング
・新製品・新モジュール導入時の評価、テスト、立ち上げ支援
・プロセスチーム、設計チーム、GPSチームとの技術連携
・真空系、ガス供給系、RFプラズマ関連システムの保守・改善
・予防保全活動および改善活動の推進
・作業手順書、保守ドキュメントの作成および更新
・安全基準に基づく設備管理お
