Strategy & Operations Manager, Suppy Growth
About the role:
Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to help build and scale the network of drivers and carriers that powers our marketplace. Supply growth is moving into new territory, and many of our biggest opportunities don't have a playbook yet. This role starts by learning the core of how we grow our driver network: how we plan, recruit, onboard and activate drivers across markets. Then you'll take on net-new initiatives, where you'll define what's possible, what success looks like, and how to scale it.
You'll work closely with the Supply Growth lead. Your work will shape how Curri finds, converts and activates the right drivers, in the right places, at the right time.
What you will do:
Learn and run the core of supply growth: planning supply builds, onboarding and activating drivers, and managing lifecycle communications across markets.
Explore new growth levers across our driver network and turn the most promising ones into scalable programs.
Run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics and evaluation criteria, then scale the ones that succeed across the marketplace.
