Client Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Client Conversion Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in converting leads into active trading accounts. As a Client Conversion Specialist, you will contact and follow up with new and existing leads through various channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and more.

Your main responsibilities will include understanding clients’ needs and objectives, presenting our trading platform and services professionally, and guiding clients through the account registration and funding process. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships, conduct structured follow-ups, and provide accurate responses to client objections.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
