Position Summary
As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will support the daily delivery of trade operations services across client accounts. The role combines document review, data processing and operational follow-up to ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
This is a junior position suitable for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, structured processes and operational tasks. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop your knowledge across different client activities, processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review documents and data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.
Process and maintain information in client systems and operational trackers.
Compare information across different sources, identify discrepancies and follow up on missing or incorrect details.
