Every investigation our Security Operations Center runs, and every outcome our customers see, lives in a case. This role is ideal for a technically fluent product leader who has moved a live, business-critical system to a new platform without dropping service, and who wants to build the case system that AI-powered, human-led security operations will run on. You will lead the move from a general-purpose work-management backend to a purpose-built case platform, own the case lifecycle and data model end to end, and partner deeply with Engineering, SOC leadership, Threat Research, Customer Success, and UX.
