About the Role

We are looking for Director of Service Delivery who will lead and grow the Japan team, while working closely with North American HQ. This role will report directly to the COO with dotted line to project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America.

You will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and a deep understanding of delivery operations. You will excel in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Additionally, as the Director you will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, a knack for optimizing processes, and a keen eye for efficiency.
