Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager, Outsourced/ Subcon Operations

Role Summary

The Senior Operations Manager, Outsourced Operations, reports directly to the Head of Operations in the Philippines and is accountable for the end-to-end management of our client's outsourced manufacturing operations in the Philippines. This Senior Operations Manager role leads operational execution, escalates and resolves challenges in partnership delivery, embeds continuous improvement, and is a role model for our client's high-performance culture and values.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Operational Leadership:
  Direct and manage all outsourced manufacturing operations across Consumer Electronics categories (Floor Care, Beauty, and others) within the region, delivering high-mix, complex products to world-class standards.

• Partner Engagement:
