We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Appointment Setter to take ownership of outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. The primary focus of this role is to identify and engage prospective clients, particularly schools, nurseries, and childcare providers, build meaningful business relationships, and generate qualified appointments for the on-the-ground sales team to follow up and close.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent telephone communication skills, a professional and clear speaking voice, and the confidence to initiate conversations with decision-makers. They should be comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach, handling objections, following up consistently, and maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the prospecting process, understands the importance of building a strong sales pipeline, and is motivated by achieving targets and contributing directly to business growth.
