Requirements

• Credit & Income Assessment: Complete comprehensive income assessments across PAYG and complex self-employed structures, including companies, trusts, and sole traders.
• Servicing & Lender Selection: Calculate borrowing capacity using Quickli and lender-specific calculators; research lender policy to identify suitable options based on policy alignment and servicing.
• Deal Packaging & Submission Notes: Prepare complete, high-quality application packages, including detailed lender submission notes, file commentary, and pricing requests.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Proactively audit documentation, living expenses, and liabilities to address missing information, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps prior to final broker sign-off.
