Kataki sells directly to customers through its Shopify store and is supported by an active social media presence. As the business grows, it needs dependable systems, a well-maintained online store and a consistent customer experience from first click through to delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support Kataki across four key areas: Shopify maintenance and conversion optimisation, social media advertising and content, backend order processing and customer service.
