The client is a trusted finance and mortgage broking business based in Kogarah, NSW. They work with clients across Australia to help them secure the right loan for their needs, whether they are buying their first home, upgrading, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio. 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The client is a mortgage broking business led by an experienced principal broker operating within the Finsure aggregator network, helping clients across Australia access home loans, refinancing and investment lending from a panel of 40+ lenders. The client is looking for a dedicated Loan Processor/Broker Assistant to own the administrative and processing side of each loan file, so they can stay focused on client conversations, deal structuring, and business growth.

The initial focus of this role is on the core loan processing workflow: pricing requests, valuations, data entry into Apply Online (AOL), and pre-filling templated loan submissions ready for the client’s review. As the working relationship develops and trust builds, there is scope for the role to grow toward a para-broker level of responsibility — taking on more of the deal structuring and serviceability work — though this is a longer-term possibility rather than part o
