Your role as Hull Structure Lead Engineer
You will be responsible for the delivery of hull structural design and calculations, in accordance with Class Rules and Client specifications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the activities carried out by project engineers and draftsmen, including hull construction drawings and structural calculations
- Reviewing technical deliverables across different types of projects to ensure a high level of technical quality
- Organizing the schedule and workload to ensure efficient project execution, for teams of up to 10 engineers and draftsmen
