DIA - Operations Associate

Summary:  This individual will work closely with other DIA staff members to ensure accuracy of data within all aspects of our portfolio accounting and trading software and provide backup coverage as necessary for Operations team members. Particular focus will be on daily account reconciliation processes.  Additionally, this individual will support account opening/closing procedures.  This position is required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with respect to client and company information.  Qualifications/Requirements: •    Bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in Finance/Accounting  •    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment •    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills •    Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook •
