Summary/Function: The Vice President, Treasurer will provide stewardship of the Company’s financial assets and lead an integrated enterprise approach to cash, liquidity, capital, funding, investments, collateral, and treasury risk. Working in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will develop and manage treasury strategies, operations, policies, controls, budgets, and reporting. The incumbent will serve as a principal treasury advisor to management and a key point of contact with banks, rating agencies, insurance brokers, and other financial counterparties. This leader will partner closely with Finance, trading teams, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Tax, and Technology to maintain corporate liquidity and financial stability. Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance,
