Fulfillment Specialist
About the Role
Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support daily fulfillment operations in Toronto Canada. You’ll help ensure dental kits, accessories, consumables, and replacement orders are prepared, inspected, fulfilled, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining ready-to-ship inventory.
You’ll work across prep, live fulfillment, receiving, inventory, quality control, asset recovery, repair routing, and shipping. The role is hands-on and detail-oriented: you’ll follow configuration-specific SOPs, identify issues before they reach a customer, communicate clearly across functional areas, and surface practical ideas that make the operation safer, faster, or more accurate.
