High Volume Recruitment Intern

Our People & Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our high-volume hourly hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment while playing a key role in helping the organization attract, engage, and hire top hourly talent. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and be passionate about creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  Key Responsibilities: Support high-volume hourly recruitment efforts across multiple locations and business functions. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hourly and frontline positions.  Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, and social media platforms.  Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns.  Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure staffing targets are met within established timelines.  Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Lever (ATS).  Assist with offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.  Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring pipeline updates and reports.  Support job fair planning, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.  Ensur
