Your mission As the Business Assistant to the CEO, your core mission is to optimize the CEO’s time, energy, and focus. You will step in as a strategic extension of the leadership office—taking ownership of routine, operational, and technical execution so the CEO can concentrate fully on high-level strategy and global growth. You are a proactive coordinator, gatekeeper, and trusted shadow who anticipates needs, streamlines communications, and drives execution across all initiatives with poise, discretion, and absolute efficiency.
