• have 5+ years of relevant experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment

• have hands-on experience with optimizing for AI-driven search, and understand how SEO is evolving towards GEO

• understand how content is surfaced in LLMs and can translate this into actionable strategies
