Job Description

Business Analyst Summary: Translates stakeholder needs, acquisition processes, and mission requirements into clear, actionable backlog items, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance that support modernization, testing, and delivery decisions.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst supporting enterprise business systems.

Knowledge of DoD acquisition, contracting, procurement, financial, and business processes, including experience translating mission and functional requirements into system capabilities.
