Program/Contract Manager Summary: Leads program execution and is accountable for overall work performance, including integrated team oversight, customer engagement, planning, staffing, risk and issue management, and performance monitoring to keep delivery aligned with mission priorities, schedule goals, and operational outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in a business or technical field (e.g., MBA, M.S. in Management or Engineering).
- Experience managing complex federal IT programs with multiple integrated workstreams and cross-functional teams
- 10+ years of program management experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, including complex federal IT delivery, multi-team Agile execution, DevSecOps practices, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and enterprise system integration
- Experience working as a Contracting Officer (1102) in the DoD is highly preferred
- Ability to oversee program planning, staffing, schedule performance, risk and issue management, and custome
