Job Description
All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.
Scrum Master Summary: Facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages dependencies, tracks sprint commitments and delivery metrics, and supports consistent Scrum practices that help teams deliver ACWS capabilities predictably and efficiently.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams.

Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies

Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement pract
