Summary: Lead Appian developers driving low-code design, development, modernization, and sustainment to enhance contract writing and related business processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Appian Senior or Lead Developer certification and CompTia Sec+
- 5+ years of hands-on Appian development
- Deep experience designing, configuring, and delivering Appian applications in enterprise environments
- Ability to translate epics, features, and user stories into scalable workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations
- Knowledge of workflow automation, testing support, release coordination, and production sustainment
- Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing Appian best practices
- Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical ap
