Manager, Business Recruiting - Enterprise Sales
As a Manager on our Business Recruiting team, you’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales. You’ll operate as a coach—developing your team, driving recruiting strategy and execution against ambitious growth goals, and directly supporting strategic and leadership-level searches when needed.
You’ll serve as the primary recruiting partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, using talent market insights, recruiting data, and a deep understanding of the business to advise leaders, anticipate hiring needs, and build scalable strategies for attracting and hiring exceptional sales talent.
