Recruiting Operations Program Manager Contractor — 12-Month Engagement (NYC)
Datadog’s Recruiting Operations team is on a mission to scale and optimize the Talent Acquisition organization through operational efficiency, best-in-class tooling and programs. We are looking for a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations on a 12-month contract to take ownership of our sourcing tech stack and get significantly more value out of both.
This is a delivery-focused engagement with a clear mandate. Our sourcers and recruiters use our CRM as their candidate relationship management system and LinkedIn Recruiter as a major sourcing channel, and we believe we can get more of these platforms. You will become the expert on these two tools, evaluate the sourcing workflows that run through them, drive real adoption of the CRM across the team, and tell us honestly where we are leaving capability on the table. You will also work with the owner of our ATS to make sure data flows cleanly from sourcing into the hiring pipeline.
