The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, pricing, cash flow management, and operational finance analysis. This role partners closely with sales, operations, HR, and executive leadership to ensure financial discipline, profitability, and scalable growth. The Finance Manager will have demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, or commercial finance. This role will require strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel. The Finance Manager will have the ability to interpret complex operational requirements and translate them into pricing and financial models.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Finance Manager will develop annual and quarterly rolling budgets
- Monthly monitoring of actual performance against budget targets
- Provide support to executive leadership with financial modeling, strategic analysis, and reporting
- Identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations
