The role involves interpreting conversations between customers and clients speaking different languages while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen carefully and accurately interpret communication between customers and clients speaking different languages (e.g., English and Malayalam).
• Ensure precise and effective translation of conversations in real time.
