The Onsite Travel Specialist serves as a key member of the Onsite Operations Team. The Onsite Travel Specialist is responsible for all booking and tracking of department travel arrangements, including managing the Onsite Travel budget, booking flights, hotels, car rentals and more.
Duties and responsibilities
- Reviews and books all travel requests for the department population including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Facilitates distribution of per diem cards to employees on travel assignments
- Trains Onsite Leaders on Company reimbursement software processes and deadlines
