About the Role
The Senior Director, Client Success leads client experience strategy and team performance across the full account portfolio. This role owns the strategic direction, financial performance, and long-term retention of Datavant’s client relationships across every tier, while building and scaling the talent, governance, and processes that enable the broader Client Success organization to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
