The Senior Project Manager is responsible for independently managing complex, medium- to large-scale projects and programs throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from initiation and planning through go-live, stabilization, and handoff. Projects include implementation of new products and services associated with Release of Information. This role coordinates multiple concurrent initiatives and partners with other project managers, consultants, technical resources, business and IT teams, clients, and external vendors to define objectives, manage schedules and dependencies, monitor progress, and address risks and issues.
